This unpublished book by the artist Arkady Nasonov is dedicated to the history of the Cloud Commission, one of the leading artistic movements of the 1990s. In an attempt to summarise disparate archival materials of his colleagues, members of the Cloud Commission, Arkady Nasonov collected a body of documents, texts, poems, and albums, most of which have never been published.

Born in Sverdlovsk in 1969. Graduated from the Studio School of the Moscow Art Theatre (Moscow). Artist, member of the Cloud Commission art group, the Tartu poetry society and others. Participated in over 250 exhibitions in Russia and abroad. Lives and works in Moscow.
